So convenient and perfect for a side dish, or a quick lunch or snack.
Dr. Praeger's has introduced a line of vegetable pancakes which can be heated in the oven, toaster oven or microwave. For a full dinner entree, we topped our roasted corn cake with faux kosher crab and mango salsa.

We have featured this company previously—how we love their Chipn'etzel line. . . but now we tried their newest product...and once again, we are hooked.
The Sara Snacker Peanut butter oatmeal chippy is a new cookie in their product line, baked with "extra creamy, dreamy peanut butter, crunchy whole grain oats and deep, rich chocolate chips". Trust us – these cookies are delicious, addictive and quite a luscious snack – and maybe, well why not, a new breakfast food -- perfect with our morning coffee.
Sara Leand is CEO and founder of the company. She created the Sara Snacker brand while in her college dorm room and sold them to the students on campus and to local stores. Fast forward past a career as a television agent and production company owner – now as a wife and mother, she is back in the cookie business!
For us, these cookies have a perfect balance – satisfying our sweet tooth but not too sweet. A new favorite snack, nosh or breakfast treat.

The Bold New Condiment
What is Slawsa? Cool. Crisp, cabbage based-relish with a salsa twist – it is rooted in an old family recipe that almost never made it to market until Julie Busha brought it to life.
We especially like it atop or on the side of hot dogs, burgers, pulled beef and for a kicked up a notch cole slaw or tartar sauce.
On November 15, 2013, Slawsa's founder Julie Busha entered the Shark Tank on ABC TV. The popular show features a panel of five Billionaires who consider investing in the presenter's business. Well Slawsa did not attract investors, but it certainly attracted attention. Julie's confidence and pride in the product was quite evident.
Slawsa is parve, is a hybrid condiment available in over 5,000 grocery stores nationwide.
• fat-free, cholesterol-free, gluten-free
• Low in sodium
• OU kosher parve, vegan
Here's a Slawsa recipe for an awesome tartar sauce: Slawsome Tartar Sauce

Since 1865 Philadelphians and tourists have trekked to the Old Original Bookbinder's Restaurant, located dockside on the Delaware River. The restaurant grew originally out of the life of the seaport itself when Samuel Bookbinder opened for business.
Bookbinder's Specialties now offers some traditional restaurant favorites for at home use, and sold online and in specialty and grocery stores nationwide. Four of the varieties are both kosher and parve. We found these convenient to use, and an excellent addition to lunch or dinner cool weather meals.

As a lifelong chocoholic it is a struggle for those of us on the KosherEye team to pass by all of the fine chocolate stores that are not certified kosher. So when we find a fine kosher chocolate store and factory, we feel that we have reached Willy Wonka land.
Since 2009, Miami Beach Chocolates is recognized throughout the South Florida area as "Fine Handmade Chocolates". Its products are made with all natural ingredients including fine chocolate, butter creams, fruits and nuts. Miami Beach Chocolates does not add preservatives, extenders, or additives. Each bite, at least the ones we sampled, provided a rich, luxurious chocolate experience. The chocolate can be enjoyed by any consumer – choices include parve (dairy free) and cholov Yisroel dairy and regular dairy confections.
